Information you need to know about shopping with Not Another Baby Shop

Exchanges

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase.  We understand though that sometimes you may not get the right size or colour and we are happy to exchange full price items. 

Please be aware that we do not provide exchange on sale products unless the products are faulty.

Exchange is not available if the item in the required size is not in stock.  

To exchange the items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these criteria. 

The item must be returned within 15 days of your original purchase date.

Please contact us before returning an item or the exchange cannot be accepted.

The cost of returning the item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer and postage for reshipping will apply.

We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit, therefore we recommend registered post.

Returns

 We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases.  Please be aware that we do not generally refund unless products are faulty. 

Items that are returned by Australia Post or designated courier that have not been collected by the customer within the required timeframe or have been returned because of  an incorrect address placed on the order by the customer at the time of ordering, posting for reshipping will apply. 

Where the items are deemed to be not faulty, if a refund is required a restocking fee will be incurred. Orginial Shipping costs are not refundable.  If the  order was eligible for free postage and the return takes the order below the free shipping eligiblity, shipping costs will also be applied.

Products

Designs, colours and fabric placement may vary slightly from those shown.

All stock is subject to availability. 

Not Another Baby Shop is not responsible for any items that sell out or are discontinued whilst displayed online. 

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.  We are not registered to charge GST and therefore prices do not include GST. 

Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.

Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using the items.  If there is any discrepancy, please email us at notanotherbabyshop@gmail.com

Trouble Ordering?

Occassionally our system acts a bit like a toddler eating dinner and gets a little bit messy.  If you get stuck with your order please email us the items you would like and we will invoice you.

Our site doesn't always like Internet Explorer so if you have another option please try ordering on there.

Layby

Not Another Baby Shop Layby Terms and conditions are as follows:

To set up a layby please place your order and note that it is a layby in the comments field.

A minimum transaction of $50.

A maximum term of the layby is 6 months.

A minimum deposit of 10% of the total of the lay-by is due within one week of placing the order by bank deposit. *

Regular payments at a minimum fortnightly MUST be made by bank deposit**. An email should be sent to notanotherbabyshop@gmail.com advising of the payment.

It is the buyers responsibility to make payments.

 If you cancel the lay-by, all monies paid except a handling fee (to cover store costs and admin fee) of 10% of order (up to maximum $10)  will be refundable.

If you do not make payments when they are due, we will cancel the lay-by and retain an amount of  10% of the order (up to a maximum of $10.00) to cover store costs and admin fee.

Individual items may not be separated from a lay-by parcel until final payment is received unless additional shipping is paid.

The finalised order will be sent once the final payment is received in our bank account.
